2. Monitoring and Data Collection By registering and operating as an advisor on AuraLink Psychic, you acknowledge and consent that:

• All communications conducted through the Platform, including chat, phone, and video sessions, may be monitored or recorded

• Session content may be stored and analyzed to ensure Platform standards are upheld
• The Platform reserves the right to review any activity without prior notice

• Verify your identity and eligibility to operate on the Platform
• Process compensation and manage payment accounts
• Monitor compliance with Platform policies and the Advisor Agreement
• Improve Platform performance and user experience
• Investigate disputes, chargebacks, and policy violations
• Enforce our Terms and Conditions and Advisor Agreement

4. Data Retention We retain your personal information for as long as your advisor account remains active or as needed to fulfill legal and compliance obligations. 5. Data Sharing We do not sell advisor personal data. We may share your information with:

• Payment processors such as Stripe, for compensation purposes

10. Age Restriction AuraLink Psychic is intended strictly for individuals 18 years of age or older. By registering as an advisor, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect or solicit information from anyone under 18.

11. Data Security We implement reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. Advisors are responsible for maintaining the security of their own login credentials and account access.

12. Changes to This Privacy Policy AuraLink Psychic reserves the right to update or modify this Advisor Privacy Policy at any time. Changes will become effective immediately upon posting on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform as an advisor constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
