ADVISOR AGREEMENT AND TERMS OF SERVICE

1. Agreement Overview This Advisor Agreement ("Agreement") governs the relationship between AuraLink Psychic ("Platform," "we," "us") and all individuals registered as advisors ("Advisor," "you") on the Platform. By registering as an advisor, you agree to be legally bound by the terms of this Agreement in their entirety.

2. Independent Contractor Status All advisors providing services through AuraLink Psychic operate as independent contractors. Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed to create:

• An employment relationship
• A partnership or joint venture
• An agency relationship
• Any entitlement to employee benefits

Advisors are solely responsible for:

• Their own taxes and legal obligations
• The content and quality of their services
• Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations

3. Nature of Services Advisors acknowledge and agree that:

• All services are based on personal intuition, belief systems, and experience
• Services are provided for entertainment purposes only
• No guarantees, promises, or assurances of outcomes may be made to clients
• Advisors must not present their services as factual, scientific, or guaranteed

4. Ethical Standards and Client Integrity AuraLink Psychic was founded on the principle of ethical practice. Advisors are expected and required to uphold the highest standards of honesty and integrity in every session.

Advisors are strictly prohibited from:

• Deliberately prolonging sessions beyond what is genuinely necessary
• Leading clients on with vague, unfulfilling, or misleading guidance for the purpose of generating additional revenue
• Exploiting vulnerable clients or encouraging excessive, unhealthy dependence on readings
• Making false predictions or fabricating information to impress or retain clients
• Pressuring clients to purchase additional sessions, products, or services

AuraLink Psychic has a zero-tolerance policy for manipulation of any kind. Violations will result in immediate termination of the advisor account and forfeiture of any pending earnings.

5. Platform Exclusivity and Non-Circumvention Advisors are strictly prohibited from bypassing the Platform. This includes but is not limited to:

• Sharing personal contact information such as phone numbers, email addresses, or social media handles with users
• Directing users to external websites or platforms
• Accepting or requesting payment outside the Platform
• Attempting to establish off-platform relationships with users for the purpose of conducting sessions independently

Any violation may result in:

• Immediate account termination
• Forfeiture of all pending earnings
• Permanent ban from the Platform
• Legal action where applicable

6. Communication and Conduct Standards Advisors must maintain professional and respectful conduct at all times. Advisors are prohibited from:

• Requesting or sharing personal identifying information
• Harassing, coercing, or manipulating users in any manner
• Encouraging excessive or dependent usage of services
• Making false or misleading claims about their abilities or services
• Using offensive, discriminatory, or abusive language

All communication must remain strictly within the Platform.

7. Strict Prohibition on Sexual Content and Conduct AuraLink Psychic enforces a zero-tolerance policy regarding sexual content or behavior of any kind.

Advisors are strictly prohibited from:

• Engaging in sexually explicit conversations or roleplay
• Offering, suggesting, or implying sexual services
• Using sexually suggestive language, gestures, or behavior
• Performing or engaging in any sexual conduct during video sessions
• Requesting or responding to sexual content from users
• Promoting or linking to adult or explicit external platforms

This policy applies to all communication channels including chat, phone, and video.

Violations of this section will result in:

• Immediate termination of the advisor account
• Forfeiture of any pending earnings
• Permanent removal from the Platform
• Reporting to relevant third parties including Stripe and, where applicable, law enforcement

8. Prohibited Services Advisors may not provide:

• Medical, legal, or financial advice of any kind
• Health diagnoses or treatment recommendations
• Predictions of death or serious harm
• Guidance involving illegal activities
• Any service that could reasonably be construed as professional licensed advice

9. Response Time and Availability Advisors are expected to maintain reasonable availability and response times consistent with their published schedule on the Platform. Advisors who are repeatedly unresponsive, habitually late, or who abandon sessions without cause may be subject to:

• Warnings
• Temporary suspension
• Permanent termination

10. User-Initiated Violations If a user engages in inappropriate or prohibited behavior, Advisors must:

• Refuse the request immediately and professionally
• Redirect the conversation appropriately
• Terminate the session if necessary
• Report the incident to AuraLink Psychic at contact@auralinkpsychic.com

Failure to respond appropriately to user violations may result in disciplinary action against the advisor.

11. Monitoring and Recording Advisors acknowledge and consent that:

• All communications including chat, phone, and video may be monitored or recorded
• Sessions may be reviewed for compliance, safety, and quality assurance
• The Platform reserves the right to investigate any activity without prior notice

12. Performance and Quality Control AuraLink Psychic reserves the right to evaluate advisors based on:

• User feedback and ratings
• Session quality and professionalism
• Compliance with Platform policies and this Agreement

We may take action including:

• Formal warnings
• Temporary suspension
• Permanent termination of the advisor account

13. Compensation and Fees Advisors will be compensated according to the Platform's published payment structure. AuraLink Psychic reserves the right to:

• Adjust commission rates at any time with reasonable notice
• Withhold or reverse payments in cases of disputes, fraud, or policy violations

Earnings may be withheld if:

• A chargeback or payment dispute is initiated by a user
• Policy violations are detected
• Fraudulent activity is suspected

14. Chargebacks and Disputes In the event of a user-initiated chargeback:

• The Platform may investigate the associated session
• Earnings related to the disputed transaction may be withheld or reversed pending investigation
• Advisors may be required to provide information or cooperate with the investigation
• Repeated chargebacks associated with an advisor's sessions may result in account termination

15. Confidentiality Advisors agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding:

• All user information and session content
• Platform systems, operations, and business practices
• Any proprietary information obtained through use of the Platform

Unauthorized disclosure of confidential information is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

16. Intellectual Property All content, branding, systems, and materials associated with AuraLink Psychic are the exclusive intellectual property of the Platform. Advisors may not reproduce, distribute, or use Platform materials without express written permission.

17. Use of Platform Data Advisors acknowledge that communications and session data may be stored and analyzed. Data may be processed using third-party services for security and performance purposes including Google Firebase and Google Play Services.

18. Account Suspension and Termination AuraLink Psychic reserves the right to suspend or terminate any advisor account at its sole discretion, including for:

• Violations of this Agreement
• Off-platform solicitation or non-circumvention violations
• Sexual or inappropriate conduct
• Fraud or abuse of the Platform
• Behavior that harms the Platform, its users, or its reputation

Termination may occur without prior notice. Upon termination, access to the Platform will be immediately revoked.

19. Dispute Resolution In the event of a dispute arising from or related to this Agreement, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. If resolution cannot be reached within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Both parties waive the right to a jury trial or class action proceeding.

20. Indemnification Advisors agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AuraLink Psychic, its owners, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Their services or conduct on the Platform
• Violations of this Agreement
• Disputes initiated by users related to their sessions
• Any misrepresentation made to users

21. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, AuraLink Psychic shall not be liable for:

• Advisor conduct or statements made during sessions
• User decisions or outcomes based on readings
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of income, reputation, or data

22. Modifications to Agreement AuraLink Psychic reserves the right to modify or update this Agreement at any time. Advisors will be notified of material changes where reasonably practicable. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.

23. Governing Law This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
