REFUND AND RETURNS POLICY

1. Overview This Refund and Returns Policy applies to all purchases made through AuraLink Psychic, including:

  • Digital services (psychic readings via chat, phone, and video)
  • Physical products (if offered)

By making a purchase, you agree to this Policy.


2. Digital Services (Psychic Readings)

2.1 Nature of Services All services are provided on a subjective and interpretive basis and are intended for entertainment purposes only. Results and experiences will vary by individual.

2.2 All Sales Are Final Due to the nature of digital services, all sessions are considered consumed at the time of delivery and are non-refundable once completed.

2.3 Limited Refunds and Credits To ensure fairness and reduce disputes, AuraLink Psychic may offer a refund or account credit, at its sole discretion, in the following cases:

  • Verified technical failure that prevented the session from being delivered
  • Advisor did not attend or complete the session without cause
  • Billing or system error resulting in an incorrect charge

Important: In many cases, account credit may be offered in lieu of a monetary refund. AuraLink Psychic reserves the right to determine the appropriate remedy on a case-by-case basis.


3. Wallet Deposits All wallet deposits made through the Platform are non-refundable once processed, except in cases of verified billing errors. Users are encouraged to deposit only the amount they intend to use.


4. Physical Products (If Applicable)

4.1 Return Window Physical items may be returned within 14 days of confirmed delivery, provided they meet the conditions outlined below.

4.2 Return Conditions Items must be:

  • Unused and in original condition
  • In original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

4.3 Non-Returnable Items We do not accept returns for:

  • Personalized or custom items
  • Opened or used products
  • Hygiene-sensitive items
  • Final sale items

4.4 Return Shipping Customers are responsible for:

  • All return shipping costs
  • Safe and trackable delivery of returned items

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method. AuraLink Psychic is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

4.5 Refund Processing Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe following inspection and approval of the returned item.


5. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes Before initiating a dispute through your bank or payment provider, you agree to contact AuraLink Psychic directly at contact@auralinkpsychic.com to allow us the opportunity to resolve the matter.

Initiating a chargeback without prior contact may result in:

  • Immediate suspension or permanent termination of your account
  • Restriction from future use of the Platform

AuraLink Psychic reserves the right to dispute all chargebacks using:

  • Session logs
  • Communication records
  • Usage and payment data

6. Fraud Prevention and Abuse We actively monitor all activity to prevent fraud and misuse of our refund process. AuraLink Psychic reserves the right to deny refunds or returns in cases involving:

  • Abuse of refund requests
  • Violations of Platform policies
  • Suspicious or fraudulent activity

7. Changes to This Policy AuraLink Psychic reserves the right to modify or update this Refund and Returns Policy at any time. Continued use of the Platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
