4. Eligibility You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Platform. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

5. Independent Contractors All advisors are independent contractors and not employees, agents, or representatives of AuraLink Psychic.

We are not responsible for:

• Any statements, advice, or content provided by advisors
• Any actions taken by users based on readings
• The accuracy, reliability, or outcome of any session

6. Payments and Billing

• All services must be paid for through the Platform.
• Users agree to pay all applicable fees at the rates displayed at the time of purchase.
• All wallet deposits are non-refundable except as outlined in our Refund Policy.
• AuraLink Psychic reserves the right to adjust pricing at any time with reasonable notice.

7. Intellectual Property All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio, and software, is the exclusive property of AuraLink Psychic and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Users may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without express written permission from AuraLink Psychic.

8. Prohibited Conduct Users and advisors are strictly prohibited from:

• Sharing personal contact information
• Soliciting or conducting services outside the Platform
• Engaging in fraudulent or deceptive behavior
• Attempting to bypass Platform payment systems
• Posting or sharing offensive, harmful, or illegal content
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users or advisors

9. Monitoring and Moderation By using the Platform, you acknowledge and consent that communications, including chat, phone, and video sessions, may be monitored or recorded for:

• Quality assurance
• Compliance
• Fraud prevention

10. Account Suspension and Termination We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account at our sole discretion, including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent activity
• Initiation of chargebacks
• Attempts to circumvent Platform policies
• Abusive or inappropriate behavior toward advisors or staff

11. Chargebacks Users who initiate a chargeback or payment dispute may have their accounts permanently terminated and may be restricted from future use of the Platform. AuraLink Psychic reserves the right to dispute all chargebacks using session logs, communication records, and usage data.

12. Dispute Resolution In the event of a dispute arising from or related to these Terms or the use of the Platform, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. If resolution cannot be reached within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Both parties waive the right to a jury trial or class action proceeding.

13. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, AuraLink Psychic shall not be liable for:

• Any direct or indirect damages
• Decisions made based on readings
• Loss of income, data, or reputation
• Any damages arising from unauthorized access to your account

14. Indemnification You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AuraLink Psychic, its owners, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.

15. Governing Law These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

16. Changes to Terms AuraLink Psychic reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
